Coaching Disclaimer
The services provided through this site are professional coaching services intended to support your personal growth and transformation. They are not a substitute for licensed mental health care, legal advice, financial services, or medical treatment. You are responsible for your decisions, well-being, and actions before, during, and after our work together.
Cancellations and Refunds
Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled in accordance with my cancellation policy:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not be refunded, but rescheduling is still possible.
- Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the session is not permitted. If you do not attend, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will be forfeited.
- No-show: Failure to attend the session without prior cancellation or rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the full session fee.
Refunds are issued at the discretion of The Socratic Lens LLC and in accordance with the refund terms shared here and during booking.
Third-Party Services
I may use third-party platforms for scheduling, payments, or website analytics. These include tools like Amelia WP Booking Plugin, Stripe or PayPal, and Matomo Analytics. Matomo is a self-hosted, privacy-focused analytics platform that does not use cookies or collect personal data. Your use of these services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Limitation of Liability
By using this website or any services offered, you agree that The Socratic Lens LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages — including but not limited to emotional distress, financial loss, or technical issues. You assume full responsibility for how you apply any information, guidance, or insights provided.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes will be resolved first through good-faith conversation and, if needed, through confidential mediation or binding arbitration.
