I’ve lived through major life changes, career transitions, and inner turning points that left me re-examining life and everything I thought I knew about myself. What brought clarity was philosophy — turning inward with honest questions, examining inherited beliefs, understanding my true values, and finding direction amid uncertainty.
Today, I support women and leaders navigating identity transitions — the complex, disorienting, meaningful spaces where old identities loosen or fall away and new truths haven’t yet taken shape.

3- or 4-month coaching container for identity transitions, inner shifts, or moments of reorientation.
8-12 weekly/bi-weekly 60-minute sessions + grounded support throughout your process.
