Hi, I’m Raphaela, founder of The Socratic Lens LLC, based in Arizona, USA. Through my coaching practice, I support clients from around the world. This policy explains how I honor and protect your privacy as we work together.

I also use Matomo, a privacy-respecting analytics platform hosted on my own server, to understand how visitors use this website. Matomo does not use cookies in its current configuration and does not collect personally identifiable information. IP addresses are anonymized before storage. If you wish to opt out of Matomo analytics tracking, you may enable the “Do Not Track” setting in your browser, which our configuration respects.
Data Retention
Client materials (e.g., intake forms, notes, contracts) are retained for up to 18 months after our final session, unless you request earlier deletion.
Tools I Use With Care
I work with a small, privacy-conscious toolkit:
- WordPress and selected plugins like Amelia WP Booking Plugin, WPForms, etc.
- Payment processors like Stripe or PayPal
- Matomo Analytics (self-hosted, cookie-free, and anonymized)
These providers access only the data needed to deliver their services and are selected for their strong privacy practices.

GDPR & CCPA
If you’re located in the European Union or California, you have additional rights under the GDPR or CCPA — including access, correction, restriction, or deletion of your data. For such requests, please use the Contact Form on the landing page. I will respond within 30 days.

My coaching services are for adults (18+). If a teen seeks coaching, parental consent is required.
